"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

that's how you navigate someone's/a club's site. (try it)
to watch, or stalk, someone...click +deviantWatch...it puts them on your list and takes you immediately to your watch list to decide what you want to watch on that person/club...be sure to click the update at the bottom to keep any changes you might make B4 you leave your list.
some you might want to watch are..(clicking the avatar/icon will send you to their page) :
(robin marie) (pavel, who will be my next photographer)...........sheesh, just look through the favorites galleries of any of the above, and you can spend hours----no, DAYS !!----looking through galleries and adding them to your favorites gallery (just check the +fav button under the art/deviation.

the next step is to go to the settings link at the top of your page here and fill out all the pertinent info on the pages there..i.e.
General | Browsing & Comments | User Page | Appearance
oh, and your signature on the Browsing & Comments page, down at the bottom is the little saying you want to have posted at the end of any comment you make on dA. and you can include emoticons in it, too. just click on the emoticon legend (at the bottom of the Devious Thoughts or Devious Comments boxes, and cut n paste them in or type whatever the name of the emoticon you want bookended by colons...like this
